Female Fitness Model Agency

For standard sports and fitness bookings, a female model is expected to arrive groomed and physically prepared in accordance with the pre-assignment brief — workout-ready appearance, hair managed appropriately for the athletic context and any specific styling confirmed in advance. Unlike standard commercial bookings where a polished makeup look may be required, activewear and fitness briefs often call for a natural, athletic appearance — but the specific expectation should always be confirmed in the brief issued to the model before the shoot. Where a specific hair look, makeup style or grooming requirement is needed beyond the model's natural state, this should be raised with the agency at booking stage so it can be arranged and costed in advance.

HHM's Talent Code of Conduct requires all female sports and fitness models to notify the agency promptly of any change in their measurements — particularly where a specific size was confirmed for a booking or where client-supplied activewear needs to fit precisely. For productions where accurate sizing is central to the brief — fitted activewear, compression garments, swimwear — HHM recommends confirming the model's current measurements at the time of booking rather than relying solely on portfolio data. A pre-shoot fitting is available and charged separately; it is strongly recommended for any brief where garment fit is central to the imagery. Sizing changes discovered on shoot day that prevent a garment from fitting as required are a production risk that early communication eliminates.

Specific athletic capability requirements must be included in the brief at the point of enquiry. HHM's female sports and fitness roster includes models with genuine experience across a range of disciplines — yoga and Pilates, running, cycling, swimming, gym and weight training, dance-based fitness and more. Where a brief requires a model to perform a specific discipline credibly on camera, the required action should be described as precisely as possible so the agency can confirm both suitability and genuine capability before casting is confirmed. Assumed capability that turns out to be limited on shoot day is a production risk — the brief is the right place to establish this, not the studio.
