At Hired Hands Models, anyone is welcome to apply. However, to be considered for representation, all applicants must meet these four essential criteria:
1. Age Requirement: You must be eighteen years or older. We do not represent child models, and applications from individuals under eighteen will not be considered. If you or your child is under eighteen, we recommend seeking representation from a dedicated child modelling agency.
2. Residency Requirement: You must live in the United Kingdom, with preference given to those based in Greater London or Greater Manchester. We cannot consider applications from anyone residing outside of the UK.
3. Right to Work Requirement: You must hold either a British or Irish passport, or have valid documentation confirming your Right to Work in the UK as a self-employed person. If you do not meet this requirement, we cannot process your application.
4. Availability Requirement: You must have daytime weekday availability — Monday to Friday — as this is when the vast majority of bookings take place. If you can only work evenings or weekends, unfortunately, we will not be able to represent you.
If you meet all four criteria, you are welcome to apply. However, please understand that modelling of any kind — including specialist hand modelling — is highly competitive. Not all applicants will be successful.

Once we have received an application from you, your application will be reviewed internally by our team to determine whether or not you should be invited in to meet with us. However, as we are a small, family-run agency with no dedicated scouting resource, we cannot provide specific turnaround times for when we will be able to do this.
If you have not heard back within one month of applying, you should assume that your application has been unsuccessful. In addition to this, please note that we do not provide feedback on unsuccessful applications and will only contact applicants at our own discretion.
