Models / Potential Talent

To work with our models and discover new talent we process the following personal data:

  • name; email, address; telephone number;
  • date of birth, gender, pronouns, nationality;
  • bank details and VAT registration (if applicable);
  • measurements and physical attributes;
  • portfolio content (photos, videos, biography);
  • sensitive data (if voluntarily provided) such as health, dietary needs, or ethnicity for casting purposes;
  • publicly available professional information such as social-media handles or websites.

Retention

We generally hold onto this data for 7 years after the end of our business relationship or last interaction but may continue to retain it where necessary for other purposes set out in this policy.

We process this data to work with and promote our models, including to represent them and facilitate and otherwise administer bookings and payment and other financial arrangements, to publish their profiles and portfolios and rates through our website and other marketing channels, or to share them with clients, and to discover new talent.

Legal basis

Our legal basis for this processing is:

  • performance of contractual obligations (in particular, our obligation to provide our talent management services and discharge obligations under our contract with you) or taking steps you request prior to entering a contract;
  • we may also process this personal data to accept and review applications from prospective talent, or to search or undertake outreach for models we are interested in working with, on the legal basis of legitimate interest, including interests of you, us, and clients in discovering and working with the best talent out there;
  • as a UK employment agency, we are required under the EAA 2003 to maintain accurate records of introductions, assignments, and work-seekers and we therefore may also process this data to comply with those and other legal obligations (and with our tax/accounting obligations);
  • we may also process this information for fraud prevention, record keeping, and audit purposes, based on our and our clients legitimate interests in the prevention of fraud, and the orderly operation of our business.

Analytics

When you interact with our website we may collect data about that interaction, as follows:

  • Use you make of the pages and features of our website, including the URLs and content you visit, language and other similar preferences, the clickstream to, through and from our pages, date and time, page response times, length of visits to pages, interaction (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs) data.
  • Error reports generated if there are problems with our website.

How long we keep it

After 26 months underlying data is deleted, but we may retain aggregated statistics generated from that data which are anonymous.

We use software to collect analytics data about users of our website, to understand how people use them, where they come from, the devices and operating systems they use, how they interact with our site, and to help improve and maintain our site.

Employees & Job Applicants

If you apply for a job we may process the following:

  • name; email; address; telephone number;
  • employment history, qualifications and references;
  • right to work documentation (passport, NI number, proof of address);
  • other information you provide in connection with a job application.

Retention

We generally hold onto this data for 12 months if your application is unsuccessful. If your application progresses, we will provide further privacy information separately

We process this personal data to pursue our legitimate interests in deciding whether to progress a job application and in communicating with you or a recruiter about the process. We may also process this information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements for example to understand and apply visa or right-to-work requirements.

Remarketing

We may use remarketing tools including advertising cookies or pixels, or advertising tools offered by third parties, to market to you if you have previously interacted with us, or our website. We process your name, email address, and details of visits to our website for this purpose.

Cookies and pixels for remarketing, and advertising tools (such as uploading your email address to social media to include you in audience retargeting) will be done only if you have given us your consent.
