How do we store your data?
Hired Hands Models Limited securely stores your data through a secure 3rd party booking software, which is primarily where all data we process and collect will be stored.
All data stored on our booking system is encrypted via https and instantly saved on 3 servers on real time, with access to the platform password protected for authorised Hired Hands Models staff. Data backups are stored in case of accidental deletion.
Further to our booking software, any data we process and collect will be stored in password protected spreadsheets and saved into our secure encrypted Cloud Storage, which is also password protected in itself and requires two-factor authentication to access.
Hired Hands Models Limited will keep your personal data for a period of 7 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
Marketing
Hired Hands Models Limited would like to send you information about our business, our services and give you regular updates regarding new work we have serviced and new Models who we are representing. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
